B2B Promotions Associate Responsibilities:
- As a B2B Promotions Associate, you will interact with customers and demonstration products to increase awareness
- Assist customers with placing service orders for new products they are interested in
- Building customer relationships through proactive engagement and outstanding service by answering all questions thoroughly.
- Partake in daily meetings with fellow B2B Promotions Associates to go over any issues that arose and collaborate with the team for solutions to increase skill development
- Work closely with teams to maintain consistency and plan sales strategies
B2B Promotions Associate Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
