Our company has an open position for an Entry Level Sales Associate. The Entry Level Sales Associate position will be responsible for expanding our company's sales initiatives to manage, develop, grow, and maintain both new and existing partnerships and relationships within the field of our clients. As one of our Entry Level Sales Associates, we want you to take pride in the fact that you play a key role in our mission to provide outstanding experiences for our customers.

The Entry Level Sales Associate recognizes that each interaction with the customer is an opportunity to enlighten potential new customers and educate them on the latest products and services our clients are offering. From the customer’s perspective, each Entry Level Sales Associate is a resource that can be used to guide the customer through education and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities of our Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Ensure customer sales have been completed and all questions have been thoroughly answered
• Maintain constant and consistent follow-up and proactive communication with customers
• Knowledge of each territory location, community and ability to train others within the company after leadership development has occurred in the position
• Knowledge of our client’s products and staying up to date with any new promotions they may be offering
• Familiarize yourself with the competition, pricing, and frequently asked questions or concerns for potential new leads
• Maintain a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere for customers
• Aids the team effort in every way possible and acts in the best interest of the company
• Attend and participate in various community-related events/grand openings, training seminars, and other company events as required
• Other duties within the scope of the job, as requested by management

Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service and sales
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented individual who also has the ability to think and plan strategically
• A self-motivated problem solver with creativity, a strong work ethic, and a high energy level
• Have a passion for our customer's and their experience
• The ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a variety of practical situations and accurately follow standardized procedures or processes
• Requires great customer service skills, sales, and closing skills as well as purposeful follow-up skills
