Customer Care Agent Responsibilities:
- Work with customers showing care about the services they have inquired about and their accounts when managing it
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers for all questions, comments, and concerns regarding their services
- Collaborate with the Customer Care Agent team to ensure flawless execution of sales and customer service initiatives
- Educate customers about any changes or updates in services and solutions
- Assist in developing and executing customer acquisition and lead-generation strategies
Qualifications and Requirements for the Customer Care Agent Role:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or retail position prior is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
- A natural leader with the potential to step into leadership roles as you grow within the company
- A passion for learning and developing skills in sales, customer service, and leadership
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Able to multitask multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
