AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships with local businesses, becoming their primary contact for all AT&T telecommunication services.
- Collaborate with the AT&T Customer Service Representative team to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new clients and business owners.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target and acquire new business clients for AT&T’s telecommunications solutions.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored sales solutions.
- Enhance sales while contributing to a supportive and fun team environment.
- Ability to effectively give presentations and business reviews to management.
- Meets regularly with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring effective communication and timely problem-solving.
AT&T Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or account management
- Ability to effectively address and resolve client concerns, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
- Openness to feedback, and creativity in delivering sales solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal driven environment with a high degree of independence.
